Quisiera expresar todo mi apoyo hacia ti, tu familia y especialmente a tu padre, quien es un orgullo y un ejemplo a seguir de valentía, ya que no es facil ir en contra de tus superiores y menos denunciar corrupcion por parte de ellos en estos tiempos en que la izquierda se ha encargado de ocultar lo que algunos han denominado el "capitalismo rojo", que no es mas que esta especie de discurso de que hay que luchar por el pueblo pero en realidad lo que se hace es hacerse millonario a costa de el pueblo, y donde tambien se ocultan irregularidades, se habla en contra de algo pero en relaidad se financia, un caso que se de cerca es el de la construccion de la represa Ralco, obra de Eduardo Frei, Ricardo Lagos e inversionistas españoles (ENDESA), quienes se preocuparon de desviar la atencion de la gente financiando protestas, trayendo incluso gente de lugares como suecia a protestar, cuando en relaidad quienes financiaban el proyecto eran Lagos(a traves de su yerno), Frei(a traves de una participacion anonima) y claro esta los infaltables españoles, bueno llegue a esta página mientras revisaba el grupo en facebook de " No Mas Concertación" en donde vi una foto tuya con un cartel el cual no era muy legible, decidi entonces hacerle click a la etiqueta la cual me llevo al cual supongo es tu perfil en donde habia un album con fotos sobre tu denuncia(en este punto te pido disculpas por la patudez pero me intereso el caso, me dio rabia el saber que quienes son capaces de hablarle a la gente de ideales de igualdad sean capaces de hacer semejante crimen y quizas cuantos como tu papá estan en la misma situacion y cuantos mas aun siguen trabajando por miedo a denunciar)en ese album pude leer con claridad tu cartel y enterarme mas sobre este caso y ver los esfuerzos que han hecho todos en tu familia para que todos sepamos la verdad de estos gobiernos ladrones, luego vi esta direccion de la página y poco a poco me fui interesando mas en el tema dejandome sin opcion alguna mas que dejar todo mi apoyo hacia tu papá y su causa, a ti y a tu familia que me imagino no debe ser facil vivir una experiencia asi.

"La corrupción y su impunidad en CODELCO"
Desde que mi padre denuncio actos de corrupción en la empresa que trabaja, CODELCO, mi familia no ha tenido paz, se le ha denigrado y violado sus derechos humanos y laborales que han afectado claramente nuestras vidas. Pero parece que no existe voluntad en "democracia" para hacer que las instituciones del estado funcionen y menos proteger a los que cuidan el patrimonio de la empresa que es de todos los chilenos. Me angustia a mí y a mi hermana ver como los corruptos pisotean a mi padre, mientras ellos hacen fiesta y masacre con quién denunció sus actos irregulares y se pasean libremente por la empresa haciendo gala de su poder y además son premiados con ascensos o trasladados a otras empresas relacionadas. Esto lo hemos manifestado en diversas instancias; por medio de carta a la Presidenta de la República de la cual, la última respuesta fue: que nuestro caso estaba archivado. Por lo tanto yo me pregunto, si en mi país es lo mismo ser honesto o corrupto, o mejor que los funcionarios honestos también se hagan "los ciegos, sordos y mudos". Quizás en Chile se necesita en estos días este tipo de funcionarios ya que para los otro, atreverse a denunciar, es vivir una pesadilla que ha mi familia le ha tocado sobrellevar. Sin embargo estamos orgullosas de mi padre ya que el siempre estará dispuesto en seguir aplicando sus valores y su ética, siempre lo apoyaremos ya que la impunidad a estos actos de corrupción no deben quedar en la impunidad. Sin embargo sabemos que estamos vetados, ya que muchos canales de diferentes medios de comunicación nos han entrevistado cuando hemos estado con mi familia protestando fuera de CODELCO y al parecer no les interesa, es por esto que afirmó que hay impunidad.

Hace 7 años mi Padre descubrio casos de corrupción dentro de una Empresa del Estado, Codelco, desde ahí hemos vivido literalmente un infierno. Este es el dolor de una hija que pide respuestas y que necesita que las personas se unan a esta campaña, por un país TRANSPARENTE. No se trata de colores politicos, se trata de algo que nos une a todos. Estoy segura que muchos han tenido que vivir Acoso Laboral, ya sea por cualquier tipo de razón. Quiero que se pregunten si es justo que una trabajador honesto tenga que sufrir por decir la verdad? Creen que es justo que personas que cudian el dinero que se dice ser de todos los chilenos, pasen por ACOSO LABORAL EXPLOSIVO de parte de todos sus superiores? Creo que las respuesta son claras. No queremos palabras y frases bonitas, queremos acción, ahora ya! solo depende de nosotros.

En mi país hay muchos profesionales que tienen la misma ilusión de trabajar para una empresa del Estado con un verdadero sentido de ser "Servidores públicos" para lograr que las instituciones funcionen en servicio de nuestra sociedad que hoy tanto lo necesitan.Sin duda, este proceso que van a conocer en si integridad, no ha sido nada fácil, ya que durante años hemos tenido que luchar para recuperar en parte lo que mi padre perdio en lo laboral y en lo profesional al dar a conocer denuncias graves en el año 2001 en División Salvador de Codelco.Bajó la gerencia de Fidel Baez y la administración de Villarzú.
Si realizo un recuento de las violaciones laborales que ha tenido que pasar y que han sido muchas y de variada magnitud: desde aislamiento laboral hasta ser enviado al desierto en un proyecto que estaba terminando y le quedaba un mes de duración sin que tuviese el derecho de saber como todo trabajador, porque lo enviaban a ese lugar y a un puesto que distaba mucho a las funciones de su contrato y carrera profesional. Es decir de Superintendente de finanzas y controlaria a un contenedor sin funciones determinadas y despúes a División el Teniente donde el se ilusionó y ya que era su división de origen.Sin embargo vuelve a sufrir Acoso Laboral, un ejemplo de esto es que en el año 2006 , estuvo con guardia de seguridad, custodiado en su propio trabajo como un verdadero delincuente.Me pregunto ¿Que pasó con la defensa del trabajador honesto, que paso con sus derechos? ¿ donde están?.
Estoy segura que hay muchos Ricardos en este país,y que no tienen las herramientas para poder defenderse. Mi padre creyó en sus superiores, creyó que la Empresa estaba cuidada por verdaderos Servidores Públicos, y acá estamos 7 años han pasado y nadie hace nada. Esta es la realidad de nuestro país? Lamentablemente sí, pero todavia hay una ESPERANZA, nosotros mismos. LUCHEMOS POR UN CHILE MEJOR. pero recuerden nadie dijo que luchar era fácil... |
